Provide direction, structure and planning for all aspects of ministry to youth.
Recruit, train and support volunteer servants.
Provider leadership and coordinate outreach events.
Promote and communicate ministries and events effectively to all youth and their parents within the church.
Promote summer camping and spiritual growth events to the youth.
Coordinate and attend a Senior High Camp each year.
Create and promote relationships with other youth groups and be open to collaborative ministries.

The role of youth leadership is to lead and equip students in these ways:
Build a relationship with Jesus Christ
Provide support and resources to confirm and strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ.
Equip students to live-out and share their faith in Jesus Christ.
Assist in connecting every middle-school student in our care to a camping opportunity every year.
Assist in connecting every high school student in our care to a camping opportunity every year.
Connect students with opportunities to nurture their faith.
Every high school student in our care will have the opportunity to participate in at least one domestic (U.S.) mission trip and if possible one international mission trip.
Assist equipping graduating seniors with their next steps in ministry.
