Job description - The school's administration will rely on you to represent our school to the public. You will also be expected to create and maintain detailed records, design and distribute informative electronic and paper documents, and be available for students and staff as needs arise.

Representative duties - Greet visitors, answer calls and emails, take daily attendance, monitor arrival and dismissal of students, convey schedule/transportation changes for students, communicate with parents by phone, in person, and through email or other written documents, keep staff and parents apprised of events, and perform initial illness and injury assessments for students when the school nurse is unavailable.

Initial qualifications - Successful candidates will have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Applicant should have experience with Google products (docs, meet, sheets, etc.), as well as Microsoft Word with some data entry and basic digital design skills. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
