Part-Time Director of Online Ministries

We are looking for a talented Director of Online Ministries with a passion for reaching people for Jesus on a local and global scale, to administer and manage our streaming services and lead our AV Ministry team. You will be responsible for leading and managing the team in a cohesive way to meet our online outreach goals. As the Director of Online Ministries, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, have excellent communication skills and be able to express Christian foundational beliefs creatively. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20 hours a week via a combination of remote and in-person duties. Weekly Pay: $280.

Responsibilities Includes

· Discover, meet and engage the people who are watching online

· Work alongside leadership, worship and AV ministry teams in preparing our weekly service online

· Design and implement social media strategies and features to develop online presence which align with church goals

· Manage and guide the work and tasks of volunteers in the AV Ministry

· Recruit and train new volunteers or assign current volunteers for training

· Be available to work remotely and also in-person each Sunday from 9am - 1pm

Technical Requirements

· Proficient in Windows and iOS systems, Windows 10 and Zoom

· Hands-on experience using PTZ cameras for streaming

· Experience with live streaming workflows, software and platforms such as Restream, CASTR, OneStream, LiveStream, ProPresenter 7 and OBS

· Experience with generating, editing and managing social media platform content such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, IGTV and Hootsuite

· Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

· Knowledge or experience in creating digital video content for outreach

· Familiarity with web design

· Excellent copywriting skills

· BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
