We believe this position will be an amazing opportunity for someone to lead in the creative ministry of our church. The ideal candidate would be able to create content throughout the week such as graphic design projects. They would also lead our production team on Sunday which oversees live mixing, lighting, cameras, screens, and online media. It’s a big role, and we believe it would be incredibly fulfilling for the right person. We have a flexible work schedule. As you know ministry often happens outside of office hours. However, our general work hours are Sundays 7am-1pm and Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm. For this position, there is also a Thursday night practice.
Pre-requisites
- Prior experience working on a church staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of creating a website through WordPress or equivalent platform.
- Have examples of graphics you have created (please include a link to your portfolio on your resume).
- A “let’s do it” attitude
Positional Responsibilities:
- Build and train a production/media team
- Schedule team members for things like lighting, camera(s), screen(s), and online media.
- Be fluent in Adobe suite
- Produce online media
- Serve as primary day to day manager for production equipment.
- Help fix I.T. issues
- Have team members available to run production equipment during special events
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
