We are a nondenominational ARC church of 800-900 people (pre-covid). Our general work hours are Sundays 7am-1pm and Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm. For this position, there is also typically a Thursday night practice. The ideal candidate would be able to lead worship and also help with other creative areas of the church.
Responsibilities:
-Help people connect with God through passionate, current, high-quality worship.
-Lead band practices and worship services.
-Schedule team members in advance.
-Recruit, train, and build the team.
-Be hungry to learn and grow through books, podcasts, mentors, etc.
-Help team members grow stronger spiritually and musically.
-Be a team player who is willing to serve in other areas at the church
-Be humble with a heart to serve others.
*Having skills in other creative elements such as graphic design, videography, or live production is a huge plus!
