The Video and Tech Producer is responsible for all elements of production in the areas of video broadcasting, lighting, and live media with the goal of producing excellent experiences at in-person and online services and events.
The Video and Tech Producer will administer all related functions of the position, ensuring that they are carried out timely and efficiently in accordance with company policies, procedures and work practices. They will have experience in the areas of live video broadcast and the tech and software platforms that drive the video broadcast environment, lighting rigs (GrandMA or Hog consoles and software), and basic audio tracks and audio sweetening (MainStage or Logic).
The right candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and bias for action, be customer-service oriented, and have the ability to meet tight deadlines. They will enjoy working with a volunteer team and building relationships within the church body. This position requires focus and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will have a high level of integrity, be able to handle multiple and diverse tasks, and works well independently. This position also requires good interpersonal skills for interaction with the staff, vendors and church family members.
