Worship and Production Specialist

SUMMARY

The Bay Church is seeking an experienced Worship and Production Specialist to lead strategy, planning and execution as well as advancing the mission, vision, and values of The Bay Church. We are looking for someone committed to continual development as a leader and mature Christ-follower.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years in a leadership role, with proven experience coaching and mentoring teams
• Has fundamental knowledge of music theory and is gifted with an instrument/vocals
• Exceptional problem solving skills, allowing the successful completion of diverse tasks
• Demonstrate high levels of communication with team members and leaders
• Can confidently build rapport, credibility and influence throughout the team
• Proficient in identifying opportunities for productivity and actively seeking out tasks, rather than waiting for assignments

Campus Support

• Collaborate with Campus Pastor to innovate and implement vision for future growth
• Develop and guide healthy culture that aligns with The Bay Church culture and values
• Interact with the community to identify unique community needs and finding ways to serve
• Recruit, train, lead, and schedule volunteer team members
• Collaborate with Network Leads to lead campus teams with vision and alignment
• Present for all mid-week rehearsals and Sunday services

Worship - Campus Lead

• Serve as a Worship Leader from an instrument
• Resource team with training and technology (Ableton set creation, Kemper setup, MainStage, etc.)
• Lead the development and delivery of set lists and resources

Production - Campus Lead

• Coordinate all production related needs at campus including weekend services and midweek events
• Maintain systems and processes set by Network Production Lead, and consult with them as needed for troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs

Type of Position: Part-Time (20-28 hours/week)

Pay Range: $26 - $30/hour
