We are in search of a dedicated Groups Pastor to play a pivotal role in fostering a thriving spiritual community among the adults in our congregation. In this position, you will spearhead the development, support, and equipping of every facet of our groups ministry, ensuring it continues to be a place of vibrant spirit-led community.
As the Groups Pastor, you will serve as the shepherd and leader for Adult Community Groups and Care Groups. Your role involves the strategic recruitment and nurturing of new leaders, fostering a culture of leadership development. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to existing group leaders.
