Job Description

Purpose: The position will focus on developing and equipping the Serve Teams at Ignite Church. This position puts a strong priority on building teams and developing volunteers.

General Responsibilities:

• Develop a recruiting strategy to expand the number of volunteers on the Ignite Church Ministry Teams
• Recruit, develop, equip, and oversee all leadership teams within First Impressions Ministries including VIP, Next Steps, Parking, Greeters, Ushers, Security
• Develop and facilitate the systems and processes to assist each person in determining their Next Steps, partnering with other Pastors to make this a seamless operation
• Oversee new guest assimilation process 
• Serves as the primary champion for church Partnership including teaching the Partnership Class on a regular basis
• Execute at a high level Sunday Morning & Ignite experiences within the First Impression Teams
• Develops and maintains an annual budget for all First Impressions Ministries
