Youth Pastor

PURPOSE: To care for and disciple the youth at LifeBridge church.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1.    Develop and execute strategies on how to reach more youth to grow the ministry 

2.    Oversee Uprising Youth at the West and North Campuses 

3.    Develop and work with Team Members to plan and coordinate LifeBridge youth activities (weekly youth gatherings and monthly youth events)

4.    Work with Campus Pastors and the appropriate ministry leaders to conduct community outreaches and activities that target our neighboring youth and families

5.    Work with the Campus Pastors to care and counsel families in need 

6.    Assist with the general leadership and oversight to the entire congregation.

7.    Maintain highly sensitive information and confidentiality 

8.    Attend staff meetings and other appropriate meetings 

9.    Other as requested by Lead Pastor 

REQUIREMENTS: 

1.    Called to LifeBridge  

2.    A servant’s heart that maintains a strong, consistent devotional life 

3.    Willing and able to work with Jr. High and High Schoolers in a fun way 

4.    Willing to go that extra mile, having that “can do” attitude 

5.    Organized, dependable and teachable

6.    Able to give and follow direction 

7.    Be a leader that brings out the best in the team, empowering them, while raising up new leaders
