Reports to: Princeton Creative Arts Pastor
Goals:
-Partner with Creative Arts and Teaching Pastors to plan and execute excellent weekly experiences and events, free (as much as possible) from technical errors or distractions.
-Work with the Creative Arts Pastor to accomplish a creative vision for the church.
-Lead and grow the production team in size, in relationships, and in spiritual maturity.
Commitment: This is a full time, 40+ hours per week role. Weekly schedule is flexible.
Compensation: Salary & Benefits, based on skill set and experience.

- Above all, we are looking for a relational leader that can shepherd the production team well. Technical skills can be easily learned, but leadership ability and relational skills are much harder to obtain and are of much higher value to this organization.

- Detail oriented - doesn’t let important details slip through the cracks.
Desired Technical Competencies (You don't have to have ALL of these, we'll equip you to thrive! The more you're familiar with, the better)
- Advanced knowledge & experience with ProPresenter.
- Familiarity with lighting softwares: RoadHOG, LightKey.
- Strong understanding of Front of House audio mixing concepts, and experience with analog and digital gear.
- Familiarity with Allen & Heath and Midas consoles is a plus.
- Familiarity with using Waves plugins at FOH is even better.
- Familiarity with Broadcast Audio mixing practices.
- Experience with Logic Pro X is a plus.
- Strong understanding of live video; cameras, switchers, and other equipment.
- Familiarity with the cinematic style of broadcast video is a plus.
- Familiarity with Broadcast Pix Granite Switcher, BlackMagic Cameras, is a plus.
- Experience editing video in softwares such as Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with the creative video production process is a plus.
- Basic construction & electrical skills. Physically able to pull cable, build set pieces, solder cables, operate lifts, and so on.
General Responsibilities
- Prepare the facilities and equipment for weekly rehearsals and weekend experiences.
- Ensure lyrics and media are prepared in ProPresenter.
- Set out wireless gear, prep console, make sure the stage is properly set for the team.
- Have lighting cues prepared.
- Create graphics content for message slides in ProPresenter.
- Ensure all slideshows and other graphics are up to date.
- Provide leadership for production teams serving at each weekend experience.
- Perform/assist with booting up and booting down the production spaceship.
- Serve in a production role during the experience.
- Lead pre-service production team gatherings.
- Perform regular maintenance on all AVL equipment in the various venues on the campus.
- Assist communications team with editing weekly experience recordings for posting online.
- Assist with equipment upgrades/installations.
- Schedule and oversee regular production team training sessions; either 1-on-1 or group events.
- Schedule volunteer teams (at least 1 month in advance) using Planning Center.
- Provide/organize production elements/teams for special gatherings & events.
- Attend regularly scheduled gatherings. Current examples include staff prayer times, monthly staff gathering, weekly meeting with Creative Arts Pastor.
- Be ready and willing to jump in and assist in other areas of ministry as needed.
- Provide technical support for other locations when appropriate.
- Lead and shepherd the production team. Get to know them personally, add value to their lives.
- Recruit, grow the team, and delegate leadership.
