Youth Pastor/Director

Role

To shepherd our teens and volunteers into an continual closer relationship with Jesus Christ

Responsibilities

-Provide primary teaching for our Wednesday night youth services

-Lead or resource a weekly small group 

-Oversee, lead and shepherd volunteers

-Participate in a weekly staff meeting

-Lead one youth event each month

Requirements

Nazarene district license or ordination

What we offer

• $15-20/hr
• Paid vacation time
• 15% self employment tax reimbursement
