The Brook Hollow Worship Leader is responsible for overseeing all musical aspects of the worship service, planning appropriate rehearsal of musicians, praise team/ensemble, and vocal choir. The target ministry is the BHBC congregation and the community that the church serves.

Major Responsibilities:
A. Coordinate Sunday morning worship services and special services such as Christmas Eve.
B. Coordinate an authentic worship service. Design the service using various styles of worship including traditional hymns, new hymns and praise songs. The goal and elements of the worship service should have purpose, direction and flow.
C. Include or involve a variety of music groups, including praise team, praise band, instruments, handbells, and choirs, in addition to congregational singing
D. Schedule choir, praise teams and instruments for services.
Relationship:
A. Work under the direction of Pastor Tom and report directly to him.
B. Work with worship committee, choir, and staff as necessary.
