Our staff is made up of 13 full and part time employees of a variety of ages. One major core value we carry is to do anything necessary for the team. We think like a team and work like a team. Position Description:

We are seeking to fill the role of Worship Pastor for our church. Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of worship leading experience, and 5+ years of experience being on a worship team. 

The main priority for our Worship Pastor is to lead our congregation into the presence of God by pouring out of the overflow of their personal relationship with the Lord.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of worship sets for each Sunday service and any additional special events we host
• Steward the current worship team, as well as continue to recruit, develop, and train new team volunteers
• Stay up to date with new worship songs and implement them into regular worship sets
• Work closely with the Production Manager who will run lights and audio to ensure worship is executed with excellence

This worship leader will be directly overseen by the Executive Assistant, as well as have the ultimate oversight from the Lead Pastors.
