Associate Pastor of Worship and Student Ministries

The Church at Alden Bridge worships with songs that are biblical and singable from every generation. In addition, the Associate Pastor will help make disciples of TCAAB’s 6^th – 12^th grade students by teaching them God’s Word, organizing events, and developing relationships.

Worship Ministry:

·      Meet weekly with the pastor for the planning of the the service 

·      Humbly lead the worship team in weekly practice and planning

·      Recruit, equip, schedule, and encourage volunteers in the Worship Ministry

·      Oversee the creation of the Sunday morning slides

·      Oversee the recording and uploading of the weekly sermon online

·      Work with pastor on drafting/overseeing worship ministry budget. 

·      Other duties as assigned.

Youth Ministry:

·      Meet weekly with the pastor for prayer and planning

·      Develop and disciple students in the ministry

·      Teach the weekly Wednesday study for students

·      Organize and plan regular events

·      Work with pastor on drafting/overseeing student ministry budget. 

·      Participate in regular TCAAB ministries (Bridge Groups, special events, etc.)

Qualifications:

·      Agree with The Church at Alden Bridge’s Statement of Faith

·      Pastor/Elder qualified 

·      Have a teachable spirit

·      A strong work ethic

·      Musically and vocally trained

·      Proficiency in guitar or piano

·      Proficiency in ProPresenter and Planning Center is a plus.

·      Able and willing to teach expositionally

·      A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
