REPORTS TO: Executive Pastor of Operations

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Business Operations Director is responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of the business affairs of the church in the areas of finance and budgeting, human resources, insurance, office management, information technology and risk management to support the ministry and mission of BACC.

Bay Area is home to contemporary, theologically sound and relevant Sunday worship gatherings, thriving Children's and Student Ministries and robust Men's, Women's and adult Single's Ministries. We have a heart for reaching the nations through our ongoing partnerships with Global Partners and annual Short Term Missions trips.
