JOB SUMMARY & PURPOSE:
At StoneWater Church, the Production Lead for Granbury Campus will lead and equip the production team at the Granbury Campus (broadcast campus). They will support the ministry of SWC through the use of production technologies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Provides leadership and communicates vision to the production team at the Granbury Campus
- Responsible for programming lighting and visual media for Sunday services
- Schedule team members for the weekend worship services
- Constantly recruiting and training new team members
- Communicates with other campuses about any necessary changes at the Granbury Campus on Sundays
- Works with Production Leads in all video venues/campuses about any needs relating to the Multi-Site video stream
- Provides production support for weekday ministries at the Granbury Campus
- Participates in maintenance and troubleshooting of AVL Systems at the Granbury Campus
- Available to help with church-wide events (i.e. Man Camp, Student Camp, outdoor concerts, etc.)
- Helps with AVL needs in other venues and campuses as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years in a live production environment
- A good understanding of all areas of AVL
- Strong skills in troubleshooting technical production issues
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must possess a genuine humility and work well in the context of a team
- Must possess a genuine positive attitude
- Demonstrate ownership of responsibility
- Must be willing to collaborate
