Purpose of the Job:
- The role of the Worship Pastor is to serve the Lead Pastor in overseeing and coordinating the worship ministry at Believers Church. The Worship Pastor takes on the responsibility of guarding the spiritual culture and character of the worship ministry and Believers worship team and other people or groups as assigned by the Worship Pastor.
Worship Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of worship leading in a local church.
- Ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Proficiency in Propresenter, Multitracks
- Ability to learn and use Planning Center Online software.
- Proficiency in voice and piano or guitar.
- Ability to create, coordinate, build and lead a worship experience with a team.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Worship Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Worship Leader of both Believers Church.
- Lead and manage the Believers Worship Team.
- Oversee the coordination of Believers Worship Team Nights.
- Oversee the scheduling.
- Oversee the structures and systems of Believers Worship.
- Oversee the recording and administration of Believers Worship Recordings.
- Oversee the Audio Department and Audio employees and volunteers.
- Plan and implement Believers Worship projects and department goals.
- Fulfill the requirements and faithfully perform the duties of “Pastor” at Believers Church to the best their ability.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pastoral Care
- Instrumentalist at Believers services
- Conduct research at other large churches regarding their approach to worship/music ministry.
- Contributing to Believers Church events
- All other duties as assigned.

- Good vocal health.
- The ability to play an instrument.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Provide direct leadership, discipleship and management of the Worship teams.
