Seeking Minister to Students for a multi-cultural church on the southside of Atlanta. This ministerial position would be a part of the Discipleship Team. Applicants should have a passion for working with students and their families and a strong desire to lead them to a lasting and growing life in Christ.
The principal function is to plan, administer, coordinate, and evaluate a comprehensive and active student ministry. This includes programming, activities, discipleship materials, and recruiting and leading a Team of volunteers. Be able to develop and mentor student leaders among the Student ministries. Build strong relationships with the Students in order to pour into their lives.
Requirements are:
- 5 or more years’ experience in leading Student Ministries
- Clear Christian character and a growing faith that is passionate about sharing the gospel and making disciples for Christ
- True commitment to Students; ability and desire to develop strong relationships with them and their families to build the next generation for Christ
- Bachelor's degree, Seminary degree preferred (may be in process of obtaining)
